Brief: Drive sales and emotional engagement during Valentine's Day , the highest-intent gifting moment of the year for a luxury jewellery brand competing in a crowded digital space.
Insight: Valentine's buyers aren't just purchasing jewellery, they're buying a feeling of "I chose this for you." The campaign had to sell the emotion, not the product.
What I did
Led end-to-end campaign planning and execution — from consumer persona mapping to creative direction and paid media deployment. Designed content across social channels, crafted messaging frameworks aligned to STP, and managed Meta ad campaigns targeting high-intent audiences.
Results: 465% sales boost across brands, 134% Instagram follower growth, 99% increase in Instagram reach.
