As part of the Product Strategy Management course at IIM Udaipur, this project reimagines how a modern D2C product can enter the market through deep consumer insight, market mapping, and a design-led strategic approach. From identifying the market gap to shaping the GTM roadmap, we conceptualized StackBin a premium, sustainability-driven smart home product and built a minimal, luxury-inspired website to reflect its positioning.
The project spans end-to-end brand creation: market research, persona building, value proposition design, A/B-tested campaigns, prototype testing, and a full digital experience that balances functionality with aspirational aesthetics.
